Emily's Birthday

I know that it has been a really long time since I have updated this. But no fear, I am on a mission to catch you all up on the happenings of our lives over the last year. I have been thinking as I have been updating, that I have forgotten to keep up with the current life. None of you would know that I have been updating unless you search through the archives. Well as most of you know I just had my birthday and turned 29. It started out as an ordinary day, Jason working, the kids driving me crazy, etc. But I had a wonderful friend whom invited me to see "how to train your dragon" with her and her family. It was during nap times and I almost said no, but decided it was my day and I was going to do something fun. It was a blast. The kids were great through the movie, except the one potty break. We took a few pictures at the movie theater.

Molly outside the movie theater. She absolutely loved the fountain. I gave her a few pennies to throw in. She didn't want to leave.

I tried to get both kids to sit by him, but Molly didn't realize it wasn't real. I am glad she won't go to a stranger!! Boston thought it was a little weird, but loves to pose for a picture.

After the movie, we went to Cold Stone for some ice cream! It was about 3:15 - 3:30 by this point, so I decided that Jason had to come with me even if he wasn't done at work, which he wasn't yet. It is great to have such great friends to hang out with!! We had a blast!!

That night Jason made me dinner - fondue my favorite. He even made a cheese sauce to dip veggies and bread in. It was wonderful!!!! Then to top it all off, I got to play soccer with Jason!! It really couldn't have turned out better after the way it started!! I love my family and all they do for me!!

Jason & Boston also made me a cake the next day and cleaned up the dishes!! And through it all Jason was sick!! He did such a great job!!! It was a great birthday even if it was without you all day!!
